Adam is a leader at delivering technology solutions. He has held senior technical roles at companies ranging in size from startups to the Fortune 50, including Dell, IBM, ADP, Sandia National Labs, @Outcome and MetaTrials (now Prelude Dynamics). He has a Masters degree in Software Engineering from Harvard University and an MBA from Ohio State. He is a member of the ACM and the IEEE Computer Society, and is an active supporter of the field of Software Engineering as a discipline distinct from Computer Science.

Stephanie is a strategy and relationship expert. For nearly fifteen years, she has provided her strategy expertise to consulting firms such as Accenture, Fortune 100 companies such as American Express and Mass Mutual Financial Group, and several east coast startups. Stephanie has also received high marks for her relationship building skills, having received national top honors for her achievements in sales and sales management. Stephanie has both a law degree and an MBA from Ohio State.
Joe O'Brien, TechnologyJoe
Joe is a father, speaker, author and developer, and is co-founder of the web application development company, EdgeCase, LLC. Before helping found EdgeCase, Joe was a developer with ThoughtWorks and spent much of his time working with large J2EE and .NET systems for Fortune 500 companies. He has spent his career as a developer, project manager, and everything in between. Joe is a passionate member of the open source community. He co-founded the Columbus Ruby Brigade and helped organize the Chicago Area Ruby Users Group. His passions are Agile Development in the Enterprise, Ruby, and demonstrating to the Fortune 500 the elegance and power of this incredible language.
